Links between MINEDAF VII and the UNESCO Education Programme in the African

Bringing synergy between MINEDAF VII regional initiatives and the actions of
the UNESCO Education Programme
in the different African countries is intended to be the overall
framework of operations. This strategy is stressed in various places
in the Programme and Budget for 2000-2001 (Document 30 C/5)
approved by the UNESCO
General Conference in October-November 1999. The document is available for
